Global retailer Helly Hansen enables Unified Commerce with mPOS vendor Front Systems.

Helly Hansen, one of the world´s leading sports gear and workwear retailers with stores around the world, implements best-of-breed omnichannel cloud solution to elevate customer experience and reduce total cost of ownership.

Helly Hansen selects the cloud based mPOS solution Front Systems in collaboration with payment platform Adyen, Infor M3 integration delivered by Vince, CRM platform Sales Force and Loyalty from Emarsys for executing their strategy to increase global sales across multiple channels.

In tough competition with other highly qualified POS specialists, Front Systems made the cut with its modern and easily integrable POS system, that is simple, secure, and easy to use. Front Systems POS for iPad will be rolled out in 54 Helly Hansen stores across 14 countries.

- As our old system was running on Windows 7 and not compliant with latest Point of Sales regulations in multiple countries, we had to do a major upgrade or find a new solution all together. Support model with current solution was complex with second level support provided from Italy, so we wanted to take this opportunity to find a new solution that support all our requirements and simplify processes, says Thomas Kvamme, VP Global IT at Helly Hansen.

- Our first impression of Front Systems was solid and they presented a great deal of passion and commitment. They had extensive experience, a good track record and concrete understanding of the retail industry. Their understanding of our needs was reflected in the offer, which gave us the extra comfort that this was the best partner for Helly Hansen.

- The first Helly Hansen stores are implemented in Stavanger and Helsinki, whereas the remaining stores are being rolled out in the coming months.
